Meet me in horrorwood
meet me in horrorwood is a good book the plot is so interesting. The monster in the moat is love sick for a pink gooey movie star (blobberina). Creepella (the main character) and her bat bitewing go on a hunt to find his true love when she gets there she finds that blobberina has disappeared. She goes on a hunt to find blobberina so the two love birds can meet for the first time.
The main character is creepella she is my favorite character because she pretty, she is brave and heroic she is also always ready for an adventure. She writes articles for the newspaper that is why see goes on so many adventures. Her pet bat bitewing is her messenger bat he carries messages across Mouse Island. He follows creepella on all her adventures.
The moral of the story is to never give up always keep on trying and eventually you will reach your goal. This moral will teach kids to do their best in all areas.
The words are written in a special way some of the world are written in a way then suites the word and what it means (like ). This makes the story sound more interesting to read. This writing makes me not want to put down the book.
I recommend this book to the ages 8 and up because this book is tick and may have words that kids may not understand. This is one of my most favorite books in my collection. This book comes in a series I have read book 1, 2 and 3 but I don’t have book 4 yet. You can get this book at your local library or your school library.
