This book is about a little girl named Becky who loves swimming. She is in the class called Frog and is ready to move on to a higher class called Platypus. But Becky is scared. She doesn't want to move to a higher class she is fine in the shallow end and she is scared of the deep end. In the class Frog they get to learn blowing bubbles in the water, kicking and moving their arms in circles also in the water. In the deep end well she doesn't really know what they’re going to do and she is scared. Is she ready to go to the deep end and overcome her fear?
There is 1 main character in this book and it is Becky. She is an average girl that is a fun, bubbly, nice, kind, caring, loving and sharing.
I liked this book because it is a good story that is easy to read, moves fast and there is never a boring moment. I also like this book because it has a very good moral.
The moral in this book is to not be scared, over come your fear, try your best and be confident.
I recommend this book for the ages 7 and up because little kids under the age of 7 might not be able to read and understand some words in this book. The other reason I recommended this age was because it has a really good moral so kids know not to be scared.
